Mosto Olive Oil is obtained from the first cold pressing of the olives using traditional stone millstones, ensuring a superior taste and aroma. We blend our Italian olives in Liguria to create an Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is always delicious, with a dense and pleasant consistency, almost creamy, and an aroma that features tones of artichokes and fresh olives. Our all-natural production process involves milling the olives within 24 hours of picking, resulting in an olive oil with high Polyphenols content (antioxidants) and low acidity levels. The smooth and flavorful oil has a golden green color and an aroma of artichokes and fresh olives. Its subtle taste enhances the characteristics of foods without overpowering them. FRIEND OF THE EARTH (FOE) - Olive trees grow on terraced land on very steep hills and cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Liguria, Italy- the climate and sea influence the oil's wonderful taste and aroma.
