Briscoe’s Tempting Thai Jelly, combining flavours found in traditional Thai cooking, is the perfect jellyment for fishcakes, stir-fry recipes and spring rolls. Fantastic with fish, served as a dip with prawns or crackers and works perfectly with pasta. Dip, spread, spoon or stir to bring a taste of Thailand to your favourite recipes. Our small batch, artisan jellies are made right here in Yorkshire. Available in two sizes: 220g standard jar or 130g medium jar.
