Honduras- Copan Single origin: dark (70%) chocolate from the Copan region in the western part of Honduras. We roast our Honduras cacao with a little more attention/intensity as this variety is more sensitive to heat and taste variation. Our target is a "dry crunch" during roasting, then we quickly cool the cacao down to ambient and lock in the target flavour. We taste mote of fudge and yogurt, the taste is a bit more intense then our other origin cacao chocolate. What will you taste? And as always, we hand-make and wrap each bar. Certified awesome.
