Osmanthus flower tea is a Chinese specialty, valued for its delicate aroma and delicious taste of fragrant flowers. The delicate flowers have a fruity taste reminiscent of sweet summer apricots. Place of origin: Guanxi, China. Brewing method: We highly recommend brewing this tea in the traditional Chinese method (Gong Fu Cha) with a Gaiwan using boiling water at 95°C. The proportion of tea leaves to water: 5g per 100 ml and 20 sec. Alternatively, for a classic preparation in the Western style, we recommend 5 grams of leaves (about 2 teaspoons) in 500 ml with water at 85°C for a brewing time of 3-8 minutes according to personal taste.
