We love the infuser mugs and tins we have purchased from Eigenart. The quality and packaging is wonderful. Our customers really love them. My only concern is that we had to reduce the size of our order because the shipping was cost prohibitive. If there is someway we could meet halfway on the shipping we would order more!

Products and packaging are great. The TEAEVE cups are great gift items in my tea, spice, herbs shop. I wish there were options to select only certain colors rather than mixed color sets. For a small store if I the set only comes as 6 black 6 white and I sell out of black in order to restock I have to order another 6 black 6 white, so I end up with a lot of leftovers of the slower selling color.

Black Crane design TEAEVE go very fast, wish I could order single color instead of mixed box. Leaves designs not doing very well, always a guess which designs customers will love. Quality is great, and well packaged for display. If you are looking to add gift items for a customer base that buys for tea drinkers these are it. Super functional piece, I would call it "artisan tool" design and quality
