This was my third order, and unfortunately my last. In my last order the apple tea listing was misleading, making it appear I was buying 1kg, but I received only 100g. One chocolate arrived with an unsealed wrapper, so air had entered and it was not edible. The supplier asked for photos, which I provided immediately, but then completely ignored my complaint. No refund, no replacement, not even an apology. This is not how a professional business should treat its customers. I will not order again

Tried to say that they would give me another one, but wouldn’t replace the second one because it shows that it wasn’t leaking too much. We don’t do that here. I’m not serving that to my customers. I offered to return it. This works even better. I threw it away tracking was not tracked. I didn’t know it was coming so many things wrong with this order. If it would’ve been here on time and not damaged, it would’ve been great for my grand opening. I can’t wait another four weeks for two more to come
