Discover one of our sunny antipasti: sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil. Our tomatoes are particularly fleshy and are carefully cultivated in the terroir of San Severo (Gargano, Apulia, Italy). Once ripe, they are harvested and then traditionally sun-dried. Niente di più! They are then mixed with garlic, parsley, mint, chili, and capers. Finally, they are seasoned and preserved in olive oil, which allows them to rehydrate and achieve an intense and powerful flavor. These vegetables are cultivated and processed by two artisan brothers on their family lands in the Gargano Natural Park (Apulia, Italy) and are BRC food certified. They are harvested at maturity, at the best time of the season, to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. In terms of health benefits, tomatoes are rich in fiber and contribute to the body's hydration and promote the elimination of toxins.
