Wholesale Tartufo (Black Truffle Salami)

This is our truffle salami that is seasoned with black truffle salt, minced black truffles, and black Tellicherry pepper. Pork products are made with 100% heritage pork. They are never given antibiotics, no growth promotants or hormones, and are always vegetarian-fed. Our family is from Southern Italy, but we have friends from many regions. Tuscany is known for producing both black and white truffles and we are happy to partner with our friends at Savini Tartufi in Tuscany to feature their black truffles and truffle salt in our Tartufo salame. We aren’t fans of many truffle products because the strong essence of artificial truffle-like oils overpowers quality products.
