I ordered during the busiest time of year and it resulted in some pretty significant delays. I get that hand made products take time as I also make hand made products myself, but the communication was lacking for me. The packaging sketched me out at first, but there was absolutely no issues with a single one of the products. Overall, I highly recommend them, but plan ahead during the busy season.

This product is not as described. They are to big to fit any normal size coffee mug, so i only sold a few most customers laughed at the size, then complaints there was no cacao inside. Since i didn’t sell hardly any i broke a few open, they were right, hardly any cocoa, a few didn’t have any only marshmallows. It took a month to get them, when tried to explain one was not the flavor I ordered the customer service was not overly friendly
