Very nice quality, very nice product! Absolutely nothing wrong with the product. But the leadtime for these orders is ridiculous. When ordering for a client and the time keeps getting pushed further and further out, it looks bad on us as the seller because they as the customer do not even look at the wholesaler. They simply think we are giving them the runaround. Will not order From again ordered in August. Last item is showing now not to even ship till January 3-5. Completely missed Christmas

I’ve reached out three times regarding my order, with slow communication and no resolution. The listed TAT at purchase was not accurate. I was told 3–5 weeks, yet I am still missing 3 of 6 necklaces well past that timeframe. Being told after the fact that the TAT is only an estimate is unacceptable. If the stated TAT can’t be met, it needs to be updated. Unfortunately, I cannot confidently recommend this vendor at this time.
