Love everything about this company. The products, quality, customer service. However, I just got a $49.71 bill from UPS International Package Services, and they have added $3.98 in interest already!!! I only purchased $180.60 worth of product plus the $47 in shipping. Not sure if this is a scam, Buyer beware!!! I've contacted Faire. If this is legit its a game changer for me. I do so love ordering from the UK and this has not happened before.

Products are great, they sell well, so I'm backed into a corner. It was better when we could order directly and ask for specific sample packs. There is no way of 'adding a note'. It feels totally impersonal and beige. I'm not happy that despite a £1000 spend, I would still have to pay for shipping, unless forced into becoming a member.. at a huge premium. I will be unsubscribing to avoid paying the monthly fee. Really unimpressed. I would rather not use Faire to order the products.
