Hi Felters! I'm Rhiannon Simmonds, the artist behind Green Cottage Felting. Growing in Puget Sound and as the daughter of a fiber artist, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by nature and creativity since childhood. My love of art inspired me to studio Studio Art in university, where I discovered needle felting—a meditative, cozy process that captured me instantly. From adorable creatures to hyper-realistic pieces, I was hooked! I started my first small business, Epona Felts, in late 2021 to sell my needle felted creations. In 2024, I launched Green Cottage Felting with the goal of sharing this joyful craft designing simple and fun needle felting kits for crafters of all levels!
