I love their plumeria clips and they are best sellers with my customers. I had one of my mini clips arrive broken so I reached out for a resolution hoping for a replacement since it breaks up a set of 3 before doing an official request but that wasn’t an option so ultimately I got a refund. A bit disappointed but as I said I love their clips.
