Strapless Ruched Shimmer Mini Dress

The dress fabric is not as pictured. I received 2 different shades of nude and different fabric types for one 3 pack. The black dress had sparse glitter added, not a shimmer fabric at all. The bow tie straps in the back are thin, with no way to get a full looking bow. No tags, no hanging ribbons, sizing seemed inconsistent.
