Discover our sublime vanilla from Indonesia. A Tahitensis variety (the same as Tahitian vanilla), it is as sweet as it is intoxicating. Its aroma of caramel and honey, supported by woody and floral notes, is a real journey. Each pod is carefully sorted, selected and prepared. Measuring 15 to 16 cm, these pods are large and fleshy. Our vanilla is available in a glass tube of 10 and 2 pods, or in vacuum-filled bags of 100 or 250 grams. Store it in a dry and cool place, away from light. Vanilla does not expire, but we recommend use within 24 months to preserve the full intensity of its aromas.
