Norway's mini-Matterhorn - the Finger (1180 m) in the Sunnmør Alps - points up towards the clouds behind Standalhytta, located in Standaleidet in Ørsta, Møre and Romsdal. The mountain sticks up like a pinnacle just south of Kolåstinden and is clearly visible from Standalseidet. Fingeren is a popular hiking destination, and the last ascent to the top of Fingeren offers easy splitting on the north-north/east side but is not considered particularly exposed.
