About ginger blue
All items are framed and ready to hang. New images coming soon! Stephen and Pamela Montes are artists and Makers. Based in Saugerties, New York. For over 30 years this team has created art in many different genres. Their latest creation, inspired by the beautiful rural surrounding of the Catskills of New York, capture the beauty, character and simplicity of rural life. All of the frames are created from barnwood rustic or reclaimed. We used newer wood made with a century old sawmill, to create the much desired circle cut wood. We kiln dry local wood from mills. From start to finish we are handmade. Most of the art is our original prints and vintage art that we have reimagined. We are completely handmade and in high demand , So keep that in mind. Place your orders early and stock an inventory. We vette every store that we sell to. We keep our work as exclusive as possible, By selling exclusively to gift stores, home décor stores. We wont saturate a market. For that reason we don't sell our work to booth vendors, stores with vendors, antique stores or show types of vendors. From design to shipping, our hands are into every aspect of your order.

I have placed a few orders with GB on Faire since last fall. Today received the most unprofessional email from them regarding a previous order placed at a show. I simply asked to cancel an order from January so I could ADD MORE items I saw in July & take advantage of the Faire Promo. I have no idea what their policies are on Faire Orders versus Show orders. She sent me back the most Rude, Unprofessional & unacceptable email as a vendor partner. She advised they were closing my faire account!

In January 2026 at Atlanta Market Jeff from Old General Store placed a first time order in Atlanta Gift Market Dated order to ship in Sept 2026 Then on July 22 2026 jeff decided to cancel the Atlanta order from January Jeff said he would prefer to order through faire I had no idea he ever ordered from us on Faire . on Faire their store name is OGS LLC Their last shipped order this year was in May 2026 with no problems or complaints We canceled the Old General Store Atlanta Order We dont write orders on Faire in Atlanta the platform on shopify does not work on Faire And since two different store names were used no idea they were faire customer december 17 2025 Jeff made very personal remarks about us Jeff wrote the review on the completed faire order from May ! Faire has no place allowing a review of an Atlanta order THat he wrote and canceled for Jeff This review is not correct I will no longer do business with him —ginger blue • Jul 27, 2026
