Everything was disappointing and frustrating with this purchase .. unexplained fulfillment delays, invalid tracking numbers, false shipping information, inaccurate information posted on Faire site (product not received until August 19 not August 9), poor almost non-existent communication. Frankly, the only saving grace was the quality of the product once it arrived.
