Rillettes are said to be the first "butter" in the world, as they are meant to be smeared on a hunk of bread. Ours is made from rich, tender hand-chopped pork shoulder that was slow-cooked in pork fat with warm baking spices, ginger and thyme. Available in retail 5.5oz and 4lb foodservice tubs.
