This is a BULK mixed case of salami containing four different types of our most popular dry cured salamis from four different European regions: France, Spain, Greece and Italy. All of our salamis are naturally fermented and cured, stuffed into natural edible casings and covered with funky, colorful, edible molds. This case contains: 4 x 4.2 oz Saucisson Sec: French style salami with garlic and black pepper 4 x 4.2 oz Loukanika: Greek style salami with cumin, garlic and orange zest 4 x 4.2 oz Sopressata: Italian style salami with clove, oregano, garlic, & chili flake. 3 x 4.2 oz Chorizo Rioja: Spanish style chorizo with paprika, garlic and oregano Salamis should be stored and merchandised in refrigeration

Apparently there’s an old world method to curing that I was unaware of and BENJAMIN B explained VERY well so what I thought was a weather related white mold was ON PURPOSE and lie cheese very stable and delicious. Thus no need to panic if you did not know‼️‼️ IS MORE DELICIOUS NOW‼️‼️
