Sugar Rush Peach chiles are one of the top three spiciest chiles we grow. It has a rising strong heat with flavor notes of sugary mango, peaches, and bell peppers and finds itself at 50,000-100,000 on the Scoville scale. As one of the spicier chiles in your spice drawer, use it on fruit-based desserts like roasted peach a la mode, the rim of a mezcal cocktail, in a mango salsa, in shrimp ceviche, or in a yogurt sauce for heavily spiced kofte. This chile powder does not contain sugar, it's just its name! These chiles were harvested and dried on our farm in Boonville, CA in the fall of 2025.
