Featured in the New York Times and The Kitchn, these Calabrian chile flakes are our response to the ubiquitous shakers of red chile flakes at pizza shops. We wanted to grow the perfect chile to shake on your pizza and know what kind of chile it actually is. Grown on our farm in Boonville, CA, these chile flakes taste like deep roasted tomato, are sweet bitter, and have a heat that lingers on the tip of your tongue. Use like you would any crushed red chile flakes. Each jar contains 1.2 oz of CA grown Calabrian chile flakes harvested in the fall of 2024.
