Pack of 500 g of smooth paccheri from 100% Italian BIO wheat from Antico Saragolla, bronze-drawn, with long and delicate drying at a low temperature. The smooth pacchero is our special pasta format, but unique for its proud temperament, flavor and consistency and that will enhance any culinary creation. The artisanal nature of pasta does not allow us to define a unique cooking time. It is advisable to immerse each kg of pasta in at least 10 liters and check its cooking until you reach the preferred one.
