We received this 2 days after Valentine’s Day so there’s no way we can sell it. They knew when they shipped it it would get here after Valentine’s Day and now they will not give me credit for it. I ordered the product early in January and they shipped it late. When I ordered it they said I didn’t meet minimum requirements so I did’nt think they were even going to ship it. I would’nt never order anything from this company!

We were aware that we were running behind on orders due to volume and sent you message on January 28th to confirm whether or not you still wanted the order processed. We never heard back so we continued to fulfill the order. As far as a refund, that is outside of our scope of responsibilities as all refunds have to be initiated by Faire.
