We received this 2 days after Valentineās Day so thereās no way we can sell it. They knew when they shipped it it would get here after Valentineās Day and now they will not give me credit for it. I ordered the product early in January and they shipped it late. When I ordered it they said I didnāt meet minimum requirements so I didānt think they were even going to ship it. I wouldānt never order anything from this company!

We were aware that we were running behind on orders due to volume and sent you message on January 28th to confirm whether or not you still wanted the order processed. We never heard back so we continued to fulfill the order. As far as a refund, that is outside of our scope of responsibilities as all refunds have to be initiated by Faire. Valentine Chocolate Covered Caramel PretzelsĀ
These products are beautiful! However, half of my products were broken when they were shipped to me. I had bought over 8 different items. This company would not replace any of the broken items that I really needed for Valentines. I was reimbursed for the broken products. As I set the remaining items out to sell, candies kept breaking off the items. Very disappointing. I wasnāt able to sell very many items for the Valentine Season.
