The taffy display was broken and fell apart 20 minutes after it was removed from box. I show a charge for the candy cane display of $80 but it did not ship with candy canes. I submitted a query and no one has responded.

Everything the sell is amazing and flys off our shelves. That being said, restock with them has become so difficult. We try to order 4 weeks in advance of our restock need. But their turn around is becoming 2-2.5 month. At this point we are the pretty sure our Christmas order is going to need to be cancelled. It was ordered in early October and still hasn’t shipped.

We have been purchasing from Hammonds about a year now and the quality of the product is outstanding and a hit with the customers. If I had anything to complain about it would be the long lead time before the product is shipped. But this is probably due to the shorts all companies are going thru. Thanks!
