Hard Candy: For maximum freshness and shelf life, we encourage you to store your hard candies in a cool, dry climate and out of direct sunlight. Hard candy products should not be kept and stored from one holiday season to the following year. Humid climates cause color breakdown. “Best By” dating is a consumption date and not a color quality guarantee. TAFFY: Taffy needs hot, humid settings as much as possible Cold weather and dry climates can cause the Taffy product to become dry and brittle faster than the guaranteed shelf life of 7 months.
