The quality is amazing but unfortunately they took 2 months to ship. When I reached out about my order they ensured me it would ship that day and it did not… it shipped 5 days later. Reached out again about it and got no response. Lack of communication seems to be a common occurrence in the reviews and they are not wrong.

I’m disappointed with the lack of communication throughout this order. The original ETA was the end of November, which was then pushed to the beginning of December, and arrived December 18th with no time to ship to my customers that had to have them before Christmas. My package sat without movement from December 8th and only finally moved December 16th after I already refunded all my customers. Delays can happen, but the biggest issue was the little to no communication from the owner.
