I cannot brag enough on Jami and the Freshies she makes. I know there is a lot of time and work that goes into making these, especially as detailed as they are. My customers went crazy over them and keep coming in asking for more. They look and smell amazing!! Jami is so sweet and helpful, I am so glad I placed an order with her!!

The only thing good I can say is the quality was excellent. Took over 45 days to receive an order, only after I started questioning status. Poor communication. Would not order again.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the items. Your order did experience an unexpected delay due to an injury that temporarily affected production. During that time, notifications were sent regarding the delay. Once the order was completed, the package was accidentally picked up early by UPS, which required a few days to track down before it could continue to its destination. Because the order had already been fulfilled and shipped, it unfortunately could not be canceled at that point. The package was located on December 9 and successfully delivered on December 13.
