We’ve been loyal customers of Compartes for years because their chocolates are exceptional. However, we’ve noticed a sharp decline in customer service recently. Fulfillment times have become painfully slow & it’s nearly impossible to get a response from the company when reaching out with questions/concerns. It’s disappointing because we love their products & want to continue supporting them. Hopefully, this is just a temporary issue, and they can return to the excellent service they used to have

We are return clients. We placed our holiday order the first week of Nov and it was still listed as "processing" in Dec. I messaged them directly, no response. Few days later, emailed their wholesale email for help. 24hrs later, I get a Faire notification that our order had been canceled. No response from them to either the email or DM I had sent. Had issues with delay on past orders (didnt respond then either), but never been canceled on. Product is good, but not worth ZERO customer service.
