Cooked over low heat with natural ingredients grown in Italy, our tomato sauce contains real pieces of summer truffle, perfectly matching the taste of the tomato. Uses; The combination of tomato and truffle is a perfect match to season your pasta, risotto, and any other dish. You can also add it to your vegetables and meats. Distinctive attributes; Nothing rivals the taste of Italian tomatoes ripened under the Mediterranean sun and seasoned with fresh, locally grown aromatics. If our sauces have a velvety texture, comparable to a homemade sauce, it is partly because they are prepared in small batches and cooked over an open flame, the same technique traditionally used by Italian mammas, allowing the water to evaporate gradually. I was very impressed by the quick shipping and excellent service from the team at Favuzzi. The items arrived in under a week and were impeccably packed! Everything looks pristine -we’ve had issues with many other sellers where items arrive damaged-but happy to report there were no dented cans or broken pasta!
