Description
Bite into our fine-skinned cherry tomatoes to reveal a burst of flavour, their sweet juice enhanced by herbal notes. They are packed in a velvety tomato coulis. Uses; Simply heat our cherry tomatoes to make a delicious sauce, or crush them over pizza dough. They can also be served as a horse duvre with burrata, or enhanced braised meat and risotto recipes. Distinctive attributes; Ripened under the sun in Italy's Puglia region, our cherry tomatoes are watered with spring water that is slightly salty, given the proximity to the Adriatic Sea. Their unique terroir gives them a sweet flavour with herbal notes. Our tomatoes are peeled and canned within two hours of harvesting to preserve all their nutritional properties and good taste until the moment you use them. It is Italy's shortest production chain. A censor is able to select only the tomatoes whose shape and colour are ideal for canning.
