I've battled high blood pressure since my early 40's and what has worked well for me is restricting salt in my diet. I didn't want to replace the salt with chemicals or have bland food so I created our rubs, seasonings, soups, dips and meal starter kits to have loads of flavor without relying on salt. We use premium spices and herbs. You won't miss the salt this seasoning mix is so tasty. Each packet seasons at least 3 - 5 lbs of meat and can also be used as a marinade. This dip is gluten free and paleo. No added salt. Never any added msg or preservatives.
