This is a dried heart of wheat (germ-in) pasta made from stone-ground locally grown hard wheat. It is produced for us by vera pasta. It is reminiscent of old-world pasta. If you don’t make your own pasta, make ours. The shape is casarecce. The taste and nutrition can’t be beaten.
