Fat Cat has become a regular line of products at our butcher shop. We recently placed into a small grocery store we also own. The heat and flavor range on the product line is great. As small independent stores we try to have products that are high quality and not found everywhere. Fat Cat delivers on both accounts. The company has been great to work with and is very accommodating. We are now selling the Srirachas too.
