Spicy paprika mingles with bright lemon, savory thyme, fresh parsley, and sea salt in this zesty celebration of the culinary traditions of the Portuguese fishing community of Provincetown, MA. After arriving from the Azores centuries ago, Portuguese fishermen married fish stews with New World chiles to dazzling effect. This blend, created in partnership with the Provincetown Business Guild, captures all the warmth and color of the place. Excellent for enlivening clam and potato stews, or sprinkled on buttery baked scallops or swordfish. 10 percent of each sale goes to the Provincetown Business Guild.

Our daughter gave a spice collection for Christmas last year. I used it in everything I cooked and I cook a lot. These spices are above and beyond anything else i have sourced. I own a retail fine wine and gourmet food store so naturally I added Curio spices to my offerings. Fantastic!!
