Description
Raw Buckwheat Blossom Honey has a dark and rich malty flavor. It’s made from the nectar from the small white USA buckwheat flowers. Highly nutritious and often compared to black strap molasses, Buckwheat Blossom Honey is robust honey with a musty, earthy aroma. It’s higher levels of antioxidants and strong abundance of vitamins and minerals compared to other honeys with has earned it the nickname the “American Manuka” honey. Drizzle over ribs and hams, use with blue cheese, on waffles or your favorite breads, or add some gusto to your BBQ sauce. Buckwheat Blossom Honey is great to warm and soothe a scratchy dry throat or cough given it’s higher amount of bioactive plant compounds. Built By Bees raw honeys are only strained, versus filtered, keeping the natural pollen and nutritious enzymes intact.

I was looking for local honey for my store and like other small business owners, very fussy about what I offer in my store. I couldn't decide and then came across Built by Bees. Product and info looked amazing and the ABOUT page was the clincher, sounded like the perfect fit. Shipping was fast and received them this morning and they are on my shelves now. Labels are simple, enticing and straight to the point. My family and I will be trying these out tonight.
