We love all of the cups and infusers! The only issue unfortunately is a big one; all of the boxes the products come in to be displayed are dirty, and many of the boxes were also ripped and crushed in the corners. We had to immediately offer discounts on these brand-new products because the packaging was so unattractive, especially when customers were buying them as gifts. The plastic boxes the infusers come in were especially bad and I would say they are either very old or reused.

Design is a bit hit-or-miss and it isn't uncommon to receive inner boxes that are dirty. A few examples: the "matte" finish ceramics are really rough and don't feel nice to hold; the lids to the infuser mugs are rounded on top so, when used as coasters for the infusers, they spin & wobble; the wooden tea timer doesn't "ding"; the tea pot lids are loose on the Bjorn and Jaime pots. Overall, however, the glass infuser mugs and other glass items have been great - love the iced tea pitchers!
