When there is ample nectar, the bees collect a treasure of surplus Honey that we harvest and extract by hand, retaining the pollen, natural enzymes, and amazing qualities of this delicious Honey. It has a medium amber color, medium amount of sweetness, and is described as: Warm, Caramel, Spice (not heat, think woody or pie spices), Malt.
