Adorable products, communication was a little tough on Faire as I had to go through website to hear back. I heard back very quickly once I messaged through their store page. Products were backordered which is totally fine, just would love some upfront updates. Order was packed in tight where every item needed some care prior to listing. Not the end of the world, just not ideal for items of such great quality! Love the heart behind this store and message they share!
