Meat melts on the tongue: soft, delicious, and cured with precision. Well-balanced content of tasty fat in sausages. Superb additions to bread, salads, antipasti/tapas, etc. A little goes a long way. Lactose-free goat cheese, tasty and full. (Superb also crumbled in Mediterranean meatballs.) Lasts longer than the best-before date, even when opened. All items vacuumed in clear foil. I sold it right away in my boutique in LlansĆ”... excellent ham, although some people's experience is just to criticize, to each their own, but it is an excellent oily product, free of fat and with a natural color, smooth texture, and good taste of good pork.
