Description

San Giuseppe 3Lb. Milano Salami is an aged Italian-style salami in a deli size format, perfect for preparing sandwiches and antipasto platters. Hand-crafted with cuts of farm raised pork and made with our family recipe, this salami boasts robust flavors with intricate notes of fresh garlic, white wine, and black peppercorns, resulting in a rich and indulgent taste experience. Like all of our deli size salamis, San Giuseppe Milano Salami is naturally slow-aged to ensure an authentic taste, a firm yet tender texture, and a depth of flavor that reflects true artisanal quality.

The taste is not good. We opened one to sample and the taste is so strong, bordering a rancid fat flavor. I was expecting much better considering the price. We raise sheep for meat and I’ve never experienced that off taste before.
