Meat melts on the tongue: soft, delicious and cured with presicion. Well balanced content of tasty fat in sausages. Superb additions to bread, salads, anti-pasti/tapas etc. A little goes a long way. Lactose free goat cheese tasty and full. (Superb also crumbled in mediterranian meatballs.) Lasts longer than the bbf-date also when opened. All items vaccumed in clear foil. Readble declarations of ingredients. Small ice packs added for optimal shipping. (Trial order on sardines awaits testing.)
