While the coffees will rotate with seasonality, this blend will always reflect that same progressive character.It is tea-like, with layered acidity and a light, juicy body. The pairing of Nestor Lasso’s anaerobic washed estate lot with an Ethiopian Grade 1 washed creates a truly distinctive sensory experience—bright golden kiwi, stone fruits like peach and apricot, delicate white florals, and a refined, tea-like texture. We value this blend for its complexity as both espresso and filter coffee, and for its versatility across brew methods.
