Regarding the dull color you noticed: authentic matcha naturally settles over time. What you are seeing is completely normal for this type of product. To achieve that bright, vibrant green color shown in the photos, the matcha simply needs to be thoroughly shaken and whisked. This isn't a defect; it is just the nature of the ingredient. It is incredibly disheartening that you chose to leave a review that actively hurts our small business's rating without reaching out to us for clarification first. Furthermore, we are a small distribution business—we do not manufacture this specific matcha, we simply curate and distribute it. We work incredibly hard to provide top-tier service, which you yourself acknowledged by giving us 5 stars for both Fulfillment and Communication.
