Both sweet and savory simultaneously, our Maple Cheddar starts as cheddar made with raw whole milk from our cows and then aged to perfection. The curd is milled, then mixed with local Vermont pure maple cream. With a subtle taste of maple it's not overly sweet, and is very unique. Sold in a case of 12 7oz retail packs (unsliced) with ice packs. Product must be refrigerated upon arrival. Ingredients: Raw whole cow's milk, pure Vermont maple cream, salt, enzymes & select cultures.
