Freshies are aroma beads scented and cured with high quality fragrance oil. Handmade with love so minor imperfections are possible. If your freshie “loses” scent quickly, put it back in the bag it came in for a couple days. People can become nose blind to a scent. It should last 3-6 weeks or longer. Weather plays a key factor in the strength of the scent. Winter months they won’t smell as strong and in warm months they will be stronger- these are heat activated. Please use caution in high temps, they can melt. I want to say a quick thank you to everyone for your support! It means so much to me that I can do this from home and still be able to be there for my family when they need me. I am a caregiver for my autistic brother as well as being a single toddler mom, my partner passed away before she landed.

I was missing three items from my order, and when I reported the shortage, I was ridiculed and accused of making a false claim. That response alone was extremely unprofessional. The freshies were not properly trimmed or smoothed on the back. Visible slag sticking up around the edges. I was initially willing to overlook the poor customer service and unfinished backs; however, after placing one in my personal vehicle, I found that the scent lasted no more than 24 hrs. I was completely disappointed

Harassment is uncalled for. Freshies are round beads, as CLEARLY stated in my description. They WILL NOT have smooth backs. They are MELTED and can have what you call “slag”. They all do. It’s normal. Scent blind or blatantly lying about the scent is not my fault. That’s, again, addressed. That is also CLEARLY not a 3d hen. So again, lying.
