Wholesale Wild Alaskan Smoked Sockeye Salmon

Hand harvested form the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, our Sockeye salmon is delicately smoked and hand packed into jars. Each jar contains 6.5 ounces of smoked Sockeye salmon. There are no added oils, the oils you see are the salmon's own fats and oils that come out in the canning process. Our smoked salmon jars are a shelf stable product - no freezing or refrigeration required until you open the package. Once open, refrigerate and consume within a week. There is skin on our smoked salmon, but no bones.
