**Our tins won the Good Food Awards Fish Category for 2023 ** Our smoked salmon tins are raved about by our customers. Enjoy right out of the tin or use in dips, chowders, salads and more. Each tin contains approximately 6.5 oz. of hand packed, smoked pink salmon. There are no added oils, only the fish's own fats and oils are present. Each individual tin provides traceability back to the vessel who harvested it, offering a truly traceable seafood. Good to Know: Our smoked salmon tins are a shelf stable product - no freezing or refrigeration required until you open the package. Once open, refrigerate and consume within a week. There is skin on our smoked salmon, but no bones. product is very. very salty, but has a nice smokey flavor, not over done. Tried eating it with crackers, but couldn't eat more than a few bites because of the salt! I don't like selling products on my shelves unless I'm 100% satisfied with it. I'm not with this. But, maybe my customers will like it better than I do. I hope so. I wrote to them and am waiting to hear back.

Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon Tin
We opened a can of smoked salmon and four Alaskans declared it the best they had ever eaten, including my husband who grew up on a fishing boat and generally dislikes salmon. We will happily stock this product, recommend it and eat it for lunch with crackers!
