sous-vid Parmigiano Reggiano cheese DOP (protected origin). Made only with organic ingredients and under the supervision of the branch consortium. The 60 month Parmigiano Reggiano, after five years of maturation, has acquired a very marked and grainy friability, while the taste is even more intense but never spicy. Its nuances are even more complex, and recall hints of smoke, spices and citrus fruits. Weight has a =-10% tolerance due to traditional hand-sliced process.
